These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paramedic Scenarios website and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans for our Services. By choosing a subscription plan and providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan fees, as well as any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and generated scenarios, provided through our Services is the property of Paramedic Scenarios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and you must not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services, including our servers or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or another user's account
  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful to our Services or other users. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our Services, and any remaining subscription fees will not be refunded.

We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paramedic Scenarios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.
