How do I create an account and subscribe?

To create an account, simply click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and fill out the registration form. After registering, you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs.

We use Stripe for secure and efficient management of user subscriptions and billing. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the subscription process.

What subscription plans are available and what are the differences?

We offer various subscription plans to cater to different user needs:

  • Free: 5 scenarios/month, basic features
  • Student ($4.99/mo): 5 scenarios + 50 patient interviews
  • Member ($19/mo): 100 scenarios + customizable vitals
  • Pro ($59/mo): 200 scenarios + all export formats

How do I update billing information or change my subscription?

To update your billing information or change your subscription plan:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to the "Billing" section
  4. Update your payment information or select a new plan

All changes are processed securely through Stripe.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
  3. Go to "Account Settings" or "Billing"
  4. Select the cancellation option

Important: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access until that time.

Can I edit scenarios after they're generated?

Yes! Our Pro plan enables you to export scenarios as Microsoft Word documents, which you can then edit to customize the scenario details as needed.

This gives you complete flexibility to adjust scenarios for your specific training requirements.

Can I share scenarios with other users or institutions?

Absolutely! You can share generated scenarios with colleagues and educational institutions.

Export scenarios in your preferred format (PDF, Word, or iSimulate) and share them freely with your team or training organization.

How often do you release updates and improvements?

We continuously work to improve and expand the capabilities of the Scenario Generator.

Updates and improvements are made regularly to ensure the application remains at the forefront of innovation and provides the most up-to-date and effective training scenarios available.

Users will be notified of any significant updates or changes to the platform.
